Blossoms Discovered

Kinda neat to discover blossoms on this easy to grow, non-fussy houseplant this morning.

I'm surprised it awarded me with such prettiness after all my neglectful care.

I don't even have a name for it. Does anyone happen to know what it should be called?

*Updated* Looks like I'll answer my own question. :) After doing a bit of poking around in Google images I've discovered that this is a Strawberries and Cream Wax Plant or Hoya!

...Strawberries and Cream. Mmmm.... I like it. :)

  1. It is the most beautiful flower.

  2. The flowers look like Edelweiss, but the plant looks like Ivy. The little flowers are very cute :) — by the way, I like strawberries with a little whipped cream on top :D

  3. discovered your blog as I was surfing blogs and the hoya caught my eye. I still have several starts off one I started with 40 yrs. ago. They are easy to grow and thrive on some neglect. Have you noticed the drop of moisture on each flower...touch your tongue to one and you will be overwhelmed with the intense sweetness of it.
